At our first initial meeting we discuss design of home or renovation and square footage needed by our customers and determine after that meeting an estimate of cost. Every home has a different design element that has different pricing therefore we don't implement square foot price before design.
Yes but if you haven't, we can always refer you to three or four local lenders that would service your financial needs. we would like for our customers to remain with a local investor/financial institution to help and stay within our community.
No but we have two or three great architects/draftsmen that we regularly work with throughout our years of construction.
It depends on the size of the home, location and the communication with our customers as build their dream home. we go as fast as our customers allow us to.
We have built homes and done renovations all over the rio grande valley.
