At Home Henn, we kick off our custom home build process with a collaborative meeting to grasp our clients' vision. Together, we create a rough floor plan, refining it through multiple sessions until it's perfect. Then, we handle all paperwork submissions to banks and regulatory bodies for permits, ensuring a smooth path to securing the right construction loan. For new construction homes the initial consultation takes place at our office where we get to know you and your specific desires and goals for a custom home. This helps us create a floor plan and budget.
For renovations we usually meet at the home to do a thorough walk through of the existing home and discuss the changes you envision completing. During the walk we discuss ideas to help create the renovated spaces and also get measurements of your home.

We work closely with 3-4 local financial institutions that we can get you in touch with after applying to work with us and receiving a free consultation and quote.

We build all styles of homes. A lot of our clients have a particular style in mind when we meet for the initial consultation, however we’re also equipped to provide you with home style inspiration and samples. The consultation and home walkthrough process may lead to an individualized home style or blend of styles.

Once the plans have been finalized by all parties we send our clients to their respective city or county to receive a permit for the construction or renovation of the home. The permit process usually takes 1-2 weeks. Once we have the permit we start the construction process.

Once we have received the certificate of occupancy from the city or county and completion of the home and checklist have been signed off on by both parties, our client is officially handed the keys to their new home!
